After submitting a return request and selecting "refund by store credit" customers are issued an automatic Store Credit code via email. This voucher code is available for immediate use on theouai.com.
- Store Credits can be used by entering the emailed code into the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout.
- Your store credit is good for one year on theouai.com US website only. Store credit is only valid for merchandise, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards, build your own bundles, subscriptions, for prior purchases, or to pay for shipping costs (orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping.
- Store Credits cannot be stacked or combined with other discount codes.
- Remaining balances on your store credit can be saved for a future purchase, however we are unable to issue refunds for any balances not used.
You can view your store credit balance by logging into, or creating an account with the same email address as your original order on theouai.com
