My order was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered: 

  • The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
  • A neighbor or loved one may have accepted the package on your behalf 
  • The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance--most of the time, it'll show up a day or two later!

We kindly ask to wait 3 business days (Monday-Friday) past your noted delivery date, to allow your order to fully deliver before reaching out to a member of our team. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. We also recommend asking any loved ones, your landlord, building supervisor, or neighbors if they may have received the package for you. 

If the package hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, send us an email, video, or audio message below with your order number and one of our OUAI Experts will get back to you as soon as possible!

Please note: We are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Please contact the third-party shipper if any shipping issues arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking.
