How often will my subscription order arrive?

Initial subscriptions orders will arrive monthly, if you need to pause, skip, or update your monthly subscription, you can do so by logging into your theouai.com account and selecting “manage subscriptions”.

If you haven’t already done so, we recommend creating an account on theouai.com during checkout so that you easily make changes and updates to your subscription.
