How can I order in Canada?

• While we don't ship directly to Canada via theouai.com website, OUAI can be found at Sephora's in Canada both in-store and online.

An item I want is out of stock, can I get a raincheck?
We are unable to accommodate raincheck requests or honor the Friends and Family discount for future purchases if an item is out of stock. 

All of our products, including our shampoos and conditioners, are safe for color-treated hair, Keratin-treated hair, Brazilian blowouts, chemically-treated hair, and extensions. We never use phthalates, sulfates, or parabens in our products. As always, it's best to consult with your stylist before starting any new products.
