• While we don't ship directly to Canada via theouai.com website, OUAI can be found at Sephora locations in Canada both in-store and online.

We apologize as we are unable to accommodate raincheck requests or honor our Black Friday + Cyber Week discount for future purchases if an item is out of stock on our website, as noted on our above Terms & Conditions.

All of our products, including our shampoos and conditioners, are safe for color-treated hair, Keratin-treated hair, Brazilian blowouts, chemically-treated hair, and extensions. We never use phthalates, sulfates, or parabens in our products. As always, it's best to consult with your stylist before starting any new products.
