Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours during business days. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, so shipments placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
If you do not see any movement on your tracking after 4 business days (excluding weekends), please reach out to us at team@theouai.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Transit Times:
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Some orders may arrive in separate packages. A second tracking email will be sent once the remaining items ship.
