To redeem, add at least one product to cart and enter unique promo code at checkout, then free birthday gift product will be added to order. Only valid for 28 days after customer’s birthday and while supplies last. Not valid on previous purchases, digital gift cards, subscription products, or orders placed through Instagram Shop, Shop App, and TikTok Shops. Cannot be redeemed separately or retroactively. Limit one redemption per customer per year. Birthday gift product cannot be returned or exchanged and has no cash value. Must be at least 18 years old to join. A: If you’ve shared your birthday with us and opted in to emails or texts, you’ll receive your birthday offer the day after your birthday with your exclusive code.
Q: How long do I have to use my birthday offer?
A: Your birthday code is valid for 28 days after it’s sent — so you’ll have plenty of time to treat yourself.
Q: Can I combine my birthday gift with other promotions?
A: Yes! Your exclusive birthday code is stackable with free shipping.
Q: I just had my birthday — can I still sign up?
A: Yes! Add your birthday to your OUAI account or through our sign-up form. Your birthday gift will be waiting for you next year, so you don’t miss out again
